Sean Daley appeals a judgment of conviction for second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, as well as an order denying his motion for plea withdrawal. Daley argues that the deferred prosecution agreement that resulted in his conviction was statutorily infirm and the conviction therefore cannot be maintained.
