STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Charity L. Payne (Payne), appeals her conviction for Counts II-IV, murder, a felony, Ind.Code §§ 35-42-1-1(2); 35-41-2-4; and 35-43-2-1.

We reverse and remand for a new trial.
