The Monroe County Department of Human Services filed a permanency hearing report regarding Lyle (date of birth 2001) verified March 29, 2006 and requiring a permanency hearing. The report indicates Lyle was not in a pre-adoptive home and the goal was return to parent. An issue arose regarding the procedures used by the Department when it put Lyle on the psychotropic medication Depakote Sprinkles for mental illness...
