This appeal arises from the misdemeanor conviction and sentence of appellant, Wayne Gorman, for driving with a suspended license. Appellant's license was suspended for driving while intoxicated (DWI), pursuant to Ark.Code Ann. § 5-65-104 (Supp.2003). On appeal, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction and the circuit court's denial of his motion to suppress a statement.
