Mark E. Hurd and codefendant Lesley St. Pierre were convicted of the drug offenses set forth in the margin.2 In his appeal, St. Pierre raises only one claim of error, which is also claimed by Hurd,3 namely, that they were denied due process because the judge's instructions on reasonable doubt impermissibly lowered the Commonwealth's burden of proof...
