Gotti ("Gotti") moves to admit certain portions of wiretap recordings, made pursuant to an order of the District Court of the Northern District of New York under Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, during Gotti's incarceration at F.C.I. Raybrook ("Raybrook Recordings"), and to preclude introduction of other portions of those recordings...
