Stephen Ray Bolen was found guilty of sexual abuse of a child under the age of sixteen years, Idaho Code § 18-1506(1)(a). In this appeal he contends that the district court erred in denying his motion for a new trial, brought upon allegations of juror inatentiveness, and that his unified term of imprisonment of fourteen years, with seven years determinate, is excessive. We affirm.
