SNOW, Judge.

¶ 1 Joyce-Marie Brunet, as personal representative of the estate of Conway Brunet, appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Edward G. Murphy, D.O. and Thoracic Cardiovascular Associates, Ltd. (collectively "Murphy"). Because Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 1-249 (2002) provides that no accrued right is affected by the repeal of that right, the trial court erred in barring the estate's claim.
