Leroy and Pamela Blair ("plaintiffs") appeal from an order of the trial court dismissing their complaint against Roger and Michelle Robinson ("the Robinsons") and their company, R&M Homes, Inc. ("R&M Homes") (collectively "defendants"). Plaintiffs contend their present action is neither barred by res judicata nor by their failure to join the Robinsons as necessary parties in an earlier action...
