{¶ 1} Following a jury trial, defendant-appellant, Eric Sargent, was convicted of aggravated robbery, with an accompanying firearm specification, robbery, having a weapon under a disability, and carrying a concealed weapon. The trial court sentenced him to 14 years' incarceration. Sargent now appeals. For the following reasons, we sustain Sargent's first and second assignments...
