[¶ 1] Denise Seherr-Thoss (Wife) appeals an order of the district court enforcing a prenuptial agreement (the Agreement) and dividing the marital estate. On appeal, Wife challenges the validity of the Agreement and the propriety of the district court's division of certain marital property pursuant to specific provisions of the Agreement.
