¶ 1 Pursuant to the sexually violent predators act (SVPA), chapter 71.09 RCW, the trial court ordered the involuntary commitment of petitioner Michael Halgren after a unanimous jury found beyond a reasonable doubt that Halgren was a sexually violent predator (SVP).
