Terry Keown, a minor, purchased alcohol from Martin & Bayley, Inc. (Defendant), d/b/a Huck's Convenience Store. Terry consumed the alcohol and was killed in one vehicle traffic accident. Terry's mother (Plaintiff) filed suit, alleging that Defendant negligently sold liquor to a minor and negligently retained an employee who sold liquor to minors.
