Brian T. Lovett, Jr. pleaded guilty on March 24, 2005, to making a false statement to a federally licensed firearms dealer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6), an offense subject to a maximum term of imprisonment of ten years and a maximum of three years of supervised release.
