{¶ 1} Dwayne L. Litreal appeals the judgment of the Ironton Municipal Court convicting him of speeding in violation of R.C. 4511.21(D). Because we find that Litreal failed to assign error to the trial court's failure to follow the requirements of Crim.R. 19, we review Litreal's assignments of error under the plain-error standard of review.
