Eddie L. Taylor (movant) was convicted, following a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020,1 and armed criminal action, § 571.015. Following his incarceration, movant filed a motion for post-conviction relief as permitted by Rule 29.15. Counsel was appointed and an amended motion filed.
