ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

ACOSTA, District Judge.

Defendants MASS PRODUCTIONS, INC., EMMANUEL LOGRORO, and GILDA SANTINI, have moved the court to dismiss the instant complaint alleging that plaintiff lacks standing to institute this copyright infringement suit. Specifically, movants contend that plaintiff does not have ownership rights over the programs at issue in this litigation.
