No. 05-671.

233 S.W.3d 598 (2006)

$15,956 IN U.S. CURRENCY, David Wells, LeJohn Martin, Appellants, v. STATE of Arkansas, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

April 6, 2006.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Terrence Cain, Little Rock, for appellants.

Mike Beebe, Att'y Gen., by: Misty Wilson Borkowski, Ass't Att'y Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.

JIM GUNTER, Justice.

We affirm.
