[¶ 1] Doyle Gabbert was convicted following a jury trial of one count of aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, four counts of kidnapping, one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of using a firearm during the commission of felonies (kidnapping).
