Lorillard Tobacco Co. ("Lorillard") brought this action against Amouri's Grand Foods, Inc. ("Grand Foods"), asserting a variety of trademark, unfair competition and consumer protection violations under federal law and Michigan state law. Lorillard accompanied its Complaint with a motion for preliminary injunction, which the district court denied. Lorillard now appeals that denial. We REVERSE the denial...
