Pro se Petitioner Roberto Camposano ("Camposano") filed the present motion for modification or reduction of his sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3742(f)(1), which was construed by the Court as a motion to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.
