Arturo Garcia was convicted by a jury of two counts of premeditated first-degree murder and one count of intentional second-degree murder. Garcia was sentenced to hard 50 sentences for each of the first-degree murder convictions and to 165 months' imprisonment for second-degree murder. The three sentences are to run consecutively.
