CALABRIA, Judge.

The North Carolina School of the Arts ("the N.C.S.A.") and Dale Pollock ("Dean Pollock") (collectively known as "defendants") appeal the denial of their motion to dismiss Charles McClennahan's ("plaintiff") complaint pursuant to N.C. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1), (b)(2), and (b)(6). We dismiss as interlocutory.

Plaintiff taught at the N.C.S.A from 1996-2001. The N.C.S.A is a constituent state university...
