Defendant Caroman Finance Account, Inc. (hereafter "Caroman") filed a motion for summary judgment on April 13, 2006. Following an approved extension of time, Plaintiff filed a response on May 5, 2003, to which Defendant replied. The pleadings are now before the court for decision.
