Richard Reed appeals his convictions of first-degree premeditated murder of his wife; attempted second-degree murder of his daughter, R.R.; and aggravated burglary. He argues the district court erred in denying his motion for change of judge and in admitting the audiotape of a 911 call that Reed believes was cumulative evidence and unduly prejudicial. Reed also appeals his hard 50 sentence, arguing the hard 50 sentencing scheme...
