[¶ 1] Alfred Lee Clark was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031(c)(iii) (LexisNexis 2003). Prior to trial, he filed a motion to suppress the marijuana seized from his vehicle, claiming the search violated the federal and state constitutions. The district court denied the motion.
