This matter comes before the Court on the amended complaint filed by Yvonne Torrez, Administrator of the Estate of George Smith (the "Plaintiff'), which seeks to except a debt allegedly owed by Thomas A. Marcet (the "Debtor") from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants judgment in favor of the Debtor and finds that the debt is discharged...
