Michael Sopko, appeals the district court's order granting the motion filed by defendants, Clear Channel Satellite Services, Inc., Donald Harms, and Monty Dent, to stay additional arbitration proceedings and vacating the arbitrator's interim award in plaintiff's favor. We reverse and remand for additional proceedings.
