No. A-06-123.

724 N.W.2d 88 (2006)

15 Neb. App. 199

STATE of Nebraska, Appellee v. Tami L. KEHM, Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Nebraska.

November 21, 2006.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Eric J. Williams, York County Public Defender, for appellant.

Jon Bruning, Attorney General, and George R. Love, Columbus, for appellee.

INBODY, Chief Judge, and MOORE and CASSEL, Judges.

CASSEL, Judge.

INTRODUCTION

Tami L. Kehm appeals from a conviction and sentence for possession of methamphetamine. The district court for York County denied Kehm's motion to suppress and subsequently found her guilty after a bench trial. Because we find that the arresting officer had a reasonable suspicion to detain Kehm after the purpose of the traffic stop was completed and the length of the detention was reasonable, we affirm.
