[¶ 1] Appellant, Mitchell S. Shelhamer (Father), seeks review of the district court's order that awarded him primary custody of the parties' seventeen-year-old son. The parties had stipulated to that change in custody. The district court's order also provided that Appellee, Sharon G. Altermatt, fka Sharon G.
