Defendant Farm Bureau General Insurance Company of Michigan appeals by leave granted the trial court's orders denying its motions for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10). We conclude that being an illegal alien does not automatically disqualify a person from being "domiciled" in a Michigan household for purposes of MCL 500.3114(1). We affirm.
