Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contentions, the hearing court properly refused to suppress her oral and written statements (see People v Prochilo, 41 N.Y.2d 759, 761 [1977]; People v Stevens, 223 A.D.2d 609, 609 [1996]).
