OPINION OF THE COURT BY JUSTICE ROACH

Appellant, Alejandro Gonzalez de Alba, was convicted in the Jefferson Circuit Court of murder and fourth-degree assault, and was sentenced to fifty years in prison. Appellant now asks that we reverse his convictions and remand the case for a new trial. He makes a single claim of error, namely, that the trial court improperly overruled his invocation of the spousal testimony privilege of KRE 504(a) to bar the testimony of his wife...
