Jorge Magana-Gonzalez was indicted for armed robbery and robbery. A jury convicted him of robbery, and robbery by intimidation as a lesser included offense of armed robbery. The trial court merged the convictions for sentencing purposes and sentenced him to ten years. In his sole enumeration of error, Magana-Gonzalez contends that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction. We disagree and affirm...
