THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. JASON DELEON, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant's contention that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel is without merit. The record indicates that there was no colorable basis to suppress either the complainant's identification of the defendant (see People v Edmonson, 75 N.Y.2d 672, 677 [1990], cert denied 498 U.S. 1001 [1990]; People v Nieves, 26 A.D.3d 519
