¶ 1 The trial court summarily granted judgment to Raymond and Lisa Banuelos (buyers) against TSA Washington, Inc. d/b/a Hertz Car Sales (Hertz) under RCW 46.70.180(4)(a), Washington's bushing law, for its Yakima dealer's failure to return the buyers' $1,000 down payment check and trade-in within three days.
