¶ 1 Lee Arnold Steele appeals his exceptional sentence entered under a plea agreement wherein he stipulated to aggravating factors. We hold that Steele knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily: (1) waived his Sixth Amendment right to a jury trial and (2) stipulated to the relevant, aggravating facts that enabled the court to impose an exceptional sentence.
