Bryan D. Tourdot (Tourdot) sustained significant injuries when he crashed his motorcycle into an automobile in Janesville, Wisconsin. Tourdot, who contends that exotic dancers at a local gentlemen's club momentarily distracted him, was legally intoxicated at the time of the crash.
