I. INTRODUCTION

Bonita Mahan worked for Arctic Catering on two occasions: once in 1999 and again in 2000. Mahan claims that during her first period of work, two of her supervisors sexually harassed her. During her second period of work, in 2000, Mahan was fired after working only ten days. Nearly two years later Mahan sued Arctic, claiming sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
