On July 25, 2003, Richard Shaffer ("Shaffer" or "Plaintiff") filed this action against ACS Government Services, Inc. ("ACS" or "Defendant") alleging wrongful discharge in violation of the Jury Systems Improvement Act ("JSIA"). See 28 U.S.C. § 1875(a).
