Eaton Corporation appeals the district court's order reversing its decision to deny Deborah Donovan long term disability benefits under an ERISA plan pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B). The issue before this court is whether Eaton, which makes its own ERISA decisions, made a reasonable decision...
