¶ 1 Jean Cundiff appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company on her claim for a declaratory judgment that State Farm was not entitled to offset her workers' compensation benefits against her underinsured motorist insurance (UIM) coverage for injuries she had sustained.
