Walter William McCoy appeals from a judgment entered after a jury found him guilty of three counts of first-degree sexual assault. McCoy claims that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion in admitting physical evidence and expert testimony regarding DNA testing results based on insufficient proof as to the chain of custody.
