Following a jury trial, Willie Elmer Collins appeals his convictions for selling cocaine and for selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a public housing project. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and argues that the court erred in a supplementary jury instruction. We agree that insufficient evidence supported the conviction for selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a public housing project, which conviction we reverse. We affirm...
