LAVORATO, Chief Justice.

In this postconviction relief proceeding, Debora Sue Wise appeals from a district court ruling denying her relief. She contends the district court erred in failing to make sufficient inquiry into her waiver of her right to counsel. She also contends the district court erred in failing to appoint counsel on the court's own motion. We transferred the case to the court of appeals, which affirmed.
