¶ 1 Charles Sidney Champion appeals his consecutive sentences for first degree assault and first degree murder, arguing that his sentences violate Blakely v. Washington, 542 U.S. 296, 124 S.Ct. 2531, 159 L.Ed.2d 403 (2004). He also argues that his juvenile adjudications cannot be used to increase his offender score under Blakely.
