Humberto Cuellar was arrested while traveling toward Mexico with a large sum of cash hidden in his car. He was convicted of international money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(2)(B)(i). Cuellar argues that the district court improperly admitted the government's expert testimony. He also contends that the court should have granted his post-trial motion for acquittal because the government failed to present evidence...
