Kellup Lamonte Brooks (appellant) appeals from his jury trial conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. On appeal, he contends the trial court erred in admitting the certificates of analysis establishing that some of the substances seized at the time of his arrest on an unrelated offense were cocaine. He argues the certificates contained hearsay considered testimonial under Crawford v. Washington,
