OPINION

DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiff Jody Best appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants Daimler Chrysler Corporation and Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep (Miller). We reverse and remand.

BACKGROUND
