Following an adverse jury verdict, Frances Elaine Hughes and her health insurance provider, Anthem Health Plans of Kentucky, Inc., bring this appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court dismissing Hughes's complaint against the appellees, Robert A.
